Something yummy and easy for a busy week night:

Crockpot Ravioli

1 Tbs. Olive oil
1 med. Chopped onion
2 large Minced garlic cloves
1-2 lbs. Lean ground beef
1 26 oz. Jar marinara sauce
1 15 oz. Can tomato sauce
1 Tsp. Italian seasoning
1 25 oz. Pkg. of cheese ravioli
3 cups Shredded mozzarella
¼ cup Parsley 
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil and cook garlic and onions. Add ground beef & brown. Drain. Add Marinara and Tomato sauce. Pour 1/2 cup of sauce into Slow Cooker and dump ½ bag of ravioli on top and add half of the mozzarella. Then add rest of the ravioli and top with the rest of the meat sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Cook on low for 5-8 hrs. You can add some crumbled sausage to the meat and some parmesan for extra flavor. (I do.)
